Is there a better way to start the New Year of Picture of the Week than by presenting a photo that is as magical as it is theatrical. Photographer MoushSara Jonh has captured the essence of Toronto Laboratory Theatre's Musician, a work about a blind child who communicates through music. The camera artist's palette is almost entirely one of light: from the blur of harsh light on the fingertips and palms, to the chiaroscuro of the eyes to complete black. It's a gem.
