News: Playwright Michel-Marc Bouchard wins Prix de la dramaturgie francophone in France
Playwright Michel Marc Bouchard, noted for his plays (translated) Lilies, The Orphan Muses, The Coronation Voyage and Tales of Teeka has won France's Prix de la dramaturgie francophone, handed out by that country's Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques. His winning work, Tom à la ferme, will be presented as a staged reading in Limoges in October.
The work premiered in Montreal last season.
