Promise and Promiscuity at the Victoria Fringe

Despite the waning days of the summer, Blyth Festival is not just up and running still, but they are launching a work - Falling: A Wake and the Gary Kirkham play sounds like a doozy: a couple, a meteor (?) and suddenly a dead body on the lawn. (Blyth, Ontario)

The new season whispers into the city and at the historic Théâtre Outremont with Le Projet Bocal which the creators are calling "an unusual theatrical object". (Montreal)

At Fringe season is going full and strong still with one in Halifax (the Atlantic Fringe) and one t'other side of the country in Victoria. (Get a head-start on both by consulting our special national Fringe index.)
